Your first 90 days

31–60: Launch & enable
Launch the first integrated campaign and partner activation. Deliver priority sales enablement assets, establish the customer advocacy cadence and implement clear campaign-to-CRM tracking.
61–90: Prove & repeat
Report qualified meetings, opportunities and pipeline by channel. Improve conversion using early evidence, document a repeatable campaign rhythm and set the next quarterly plan and budget priorities.
How success will be measured
Final targets and ramp plan will be agreed before appointment. Success will be measured through a commercially focused scorecard, including:
- Marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced qualified meetings, opportunities and pipeline.
- Conversion performance across campaigns, landing pages and priority digital journeys.
- Sales adoption and commercial impact of enablement assets, industry packs and competitive guidance.
- Customer testimonials, case studies and reference assets created and activated, plus partner marketing activations and the opportunities they help generate.
